Yes, personalization is at the heart of the Luma Spa experience. Every service begins with a brief consultation. For massages, you can choose pressure focus (light, medium, or firm). For facials, our esthetician will tailor the products to your skin’s needs that day. You can also add enhancements like a scalp booster to your facial or an extended massage time.

How long do the results of a facial or HeadSpa typically last?

Immediate glow and deep relaxation can last for several days. For sustained skin health and clarity, we recommend facials every 4-6 weeks, as this aligns with the skin's natural renewal cycle. The detoxifying and thickening effects of a HeadSpa can be felt for a week or more, with optimal benefits seen through regular monthly treatments, especially for scalp concerns.
